cashweep Terms and Conditions for Platform Use

Article 1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using any services provided by cashweep, you expressly accept and agree to be bound by all provisions in this Terms and Conditions document. Article 3 Registration and Account Management

Each user is only permitted to have one active account at cashweep. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is a serious breach of these terms. cashweep reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any related cash balances and bonuses.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

Users are fully responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete and current. This information includes full name, mobile phone number, email address and MyKad number. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.

3.3 Password Security

You are responsible for the security of your password and all activity that occurs under your account. cashweep recommends that you:

• Use a unique and strong password that is not used on other platforms.
• Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members.
• Contact cashweep customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

cashweep is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by the user's own negligence in maintaining account security.

Article 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

cashweep accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods:

5.3 General Bonus Conditions

All cashweep bonuses and promotions are subject to the following conditions on a cumulative basis:

Clause 7 Prohibitions and Restrictions

• Sharing or transferring account balances to other users.

• Registering under another person's name or using a false identity.

Clause 8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.2 Closure by cashweep

cashweep reserves the right to suspend or close any account for reasons including but not limited to:

• Instructions from the relevant authorities.

Clause 9 Limitation of Liability

cashweep is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. This includes financial losses resulting from service interruptions, odds display errors, or technical disruptions beyond cashweep's control.

The maximum total liability of cashweep to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim. This provision does not affect any statutory rights of the user that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Clause 11 Amendments to Terms

cashweep reserves the right to modify, add to or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via a notice on the website with a reasonable notice period before taking effect.

Continued use of cashweep services after changes to the Terms and Conditions take effect will be treated as acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you are required to stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date.

Clause 12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising in connection with them are governed by the laws of the international licensing jurisdiction under which cashweep operates. cashweep operates under a valid international licence.

Any dispute should first be submitted to the cashweep customer support team for resolution through negotiation. cashweep is committed to resolving every complaint in a fair and transparent manner within a reasonable timeframe.

If resolution through negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing body that regulates cashweep. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
